Canada's History is a national, charitable organization based in Winnipeg. They are the publisher of Canada's History magazine (formerly The Beaver) and Kayak: Canada's History Magazine for Kids.

Among its many other programs, Canada's History also developed two national awards programs that have grown to become Canada's top history honours: The Pierre Berton Award for achievement in popularizing Canadian history, and the Governor General's Awards for Excellence in Teaching Canadian History recognizing classroom educators K-12.
